The Trainner was amazing and the class was engaging from beginning to the end What have you gained from this learning and development session? Was it what you expected? I gained a better understanding of my responsibilities as a care worker and learned practical skills that will help me provide safe, person-centred care. The session improved my knowledge of best practice, communication, safeguarding, and maintaining the dignity and wellbeing of the people I support. It met my expectations and provided useful examples that I can apply in my daily work. What are you going to do differently when back in your setting?
