Roads works, traffic congestion a lot of people late.. maybe if it started later??

Some information was incorrect - incorrect use of sliding sheets. Class is possibly too big for 1 trainer, for example some cpr technique’s were poor and had to be highlighted by other people as the trainer was unable to watch everyone

Prefer more practical learning rather than powerpoint

The trainer was clearly not given enough notice about the location - this was not his fault. I found the trainer very good and knowledgeable, there was more knowledge imparted than usual on the refresher. The slides did not contain some of the knowledge imparted. I think there was a misunderstanding among our group - some delegates took offence to something that was said however I think they misunderstood the trainer's meaning - I thought he was very good.
