Was super engaging, lots of brain breaks and a mix of heavy and light. Maybe have some more tasks that we can do ourselves.

Fantastic training

An excellent experience with lots of insightful information and guidance. Ben was supportive and clear with his objectives and leading us through some difficult topics. Overall a very useful two days.

Very engaging course. Ben the trainer had loads of knowledge. He really managed to get through to staff that ‘knew best’. Which I believe is an outstanding feature of a trainer and person.

The course gave me the confidence to deal with a situation, should it arise. It gave me a deeper thought process to avoid restraint.
