It was interesting having abatement handlers present during an assessment class. I rarely hear from the "boots on the ground". My use of my license over the last 2 years dealt with being a referee between a home owner and contractor and a client requesting periodic assessment from tenant complaints. After my synopsis of the condition of the tenant's complaint, I never hear back after my report.Response : Thank you for participating in the class.
