i found this course and the material very informative, lots of personal tasks which helped to develop my knowledge and understanding of CBT. My tutor was helpful and would give direction if I was unsure of something. I feel able to begin to introduce CBT into my own work with more confidence.

Marie has been an excellent tutor throughout this course and consistently supportive. Marie has also been excellent in outlining any areas where more depth or focus may have been required by me as a student in relation to coursework. Marie has also been extremely accessible for any queries and prompt to reply.
The course was ideal for me as someone changing career in mid-life. It was both informative and enjoyable, with plenty of opportunities to practice learned skills and self-reflection. Marking of assignments was prompt, which helped keep my study momentum going and my tutor was readily available for queries, support and encouragement.
I learnt a great deal, and gained more confidence.

Some web links don’t work and examples a little outdated/ sexist
Very thorough with plenty of recommendations for relevant further reading.
Clear and easy to follow and written in a concise way that invites further study. The notes are also written in an easy to read style
The material was very clear, and there were plenty of examples to illustrate the principles and use of the tools. The portfolio questions and assignments were excellent in provoking deep thought and drawing out learning.
Very clear and plain English easily followed, diagrams very helpful. I liked the way it was easy to look back and find subject material. There was full content in this course and plenty of studying to be done, personally it suited my life style at present being able to do it at my own pace rather having to wait on the rest of a class setting.
