About this course
This module would normally follow on from module 1 of the Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in which the student is introduced to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Understanding the concept and examining the practices and techniques. It can however be taken separately as a single module should the student have previous CBT experience as this module concentrates on extending knowledge and teachniques.

Course Content
Emphasis is on the development of self-awareness and critical reflection and knowledge of CBT. Working with Beginnings, Middles and Endings as a therapeutic process is investigated within the context of working with clients. Developing a professional and ethical practice is at the heart of this course.
