ILS training was really refreshing and informative I learned a lots about new skills and how to keep patients alive.

Trainers are well knowledgeable , experienced and demonstrated patience in ensuring everyone did the techniques and assessment correctly.

It was informative And the trainer did everything simple Explanation was good Practical was good

Great interactive course. Refresher for me but Gus adds more ideas to remember so we cannot miss any step. Great teacher

Gus was very skillfull and patient in answering all our questions and helping undertand processes. He id very good at explaining and has good methods of helping us remember what we have learnt.

Was wonderfully presented and demonstrated , so I felt capable at the end of the course , especially if I were placed in a difficult situation /scenario in or out of work . Thank you very much .

Our facilitator Janine was amazing! She’s so knowledgeable and answers all our questions. The session was lighthearted which really helped. I loved how she delivered the session, she gave us so many new tips I’ve never heard before. I would recommend her a billion times over.
