Sarah and Jess were brilliant and the training was so interactive and enjoyable. Thank you, both!
Very informative and concise fully day. Went through several possible scenarios and involved all the team till we could all work together efficiently and smoothly with confidence. Great instructor. Highly recommended.
Excellent course overall. It was well structured, engaging and relevant to my role. The content was clear and practical, and I came away with useful knowledge that I can apply in practice. Matt was knowledgeable, professional and approachable throughout.
I have enjoyed this session. I like Katakin’s style of teaching. I never felt bored. She’s very interactive at the same time with a pleasing approach to her sessions. I would like to see her again next year.
Shahid was really good and interactive and really helped us to work together as a team when completing the course to problem solve which I felt was a really effective learning style.
