It was good and practical

Natalie was absolutely amazing...so clear and concise. She was so encouraging and reassuring....I’ve honestly never had such a brilliant ILS trainer or training day!! Thankyou Natalie...you're amazing!!!!

Natalie was excellent at delivering this course in a way that was clear and interactive. This is my 6th year of ILS and I gained more knowledge than ever before.
