The book was not receive before the training

Study books were given on the day of training commencing instead of 2 weeks prior to training to allow us to prepare

It was well delivered.

The facilitator has a full knowledge of the topic. He applied a simplified version of teaching which enhances my understanding of the subject

The training was very educated and time factors was nice

The trainer was more knowledgeable , maintained professionalism and adapted her teaching style to suit the needs of all the students.

The course trainer, Akin, was knowledgeable and delivered excellent training methods, both in presentations and during practice sessions.

Janine was really helpful, she explained everything well and I came away more confident.
