Timi was very patience with us, also listened to us and meet our individual needs. He also give me confidence and said we should believe in ourselves. We also took part in activities and he makes know where we go wrong, he explained over and over again until we got it.
Kevin was knowledgeable & a good communicator. Each aspect of the training was brought to life. He made sure we were comfortable enough to ask questions. The course context was spot on.
