Well informed trainers,explained concepts so well,with good demonstrations and easy to follow. I learned a lot from this training and feel confident to practice.
The training was deliverer effectively with praticals/demonstration. It was difficult locating the venue.
Both trainers were so good and and more in-depth with both theory and practical.

The session was very engaging, very thorough with educating us in all the topics and go us participating which made us really refresh in everything we learnt also covered the new changes. I loved that we were sent copies of the books to study prior to the training which made it easier to follow and put to practice. The pace and tone was good , we got good comfortable breaks and thanks to both ladies who trained us were very knowledgeable and they answered all our questions and gave us time to understand information. Thank you for everything as I will be able to put to practice
