The scenarios were realistic and well-structured, allowing me to apply the knowledge in a practical way. Overall, it was a highly informative and well-delivered session.

Our facilitator Janine was amazing! She’s so knowledgeable and answers all our questions. The session was lighthearted which really helped. I loved how she delivered the session, she gave us so many new tips I’ve never heard before. I would recommend her a billion times over.
