well structured, kept to times but didn't feel pressured. allowed space for exploration of thoughts.

Nice interactive session with just the right amount of content with putting concepts into practice

I am very much appreciating the pace of this course. In a very busy, high demand role, this is so helpful in having time to think and reflect and hear from others. The very practical tools too are useful to have as options for the various different meetings/spaces that I am part of. Paul is great and his calmness and knowledge is very helpful.

several good learning points from today as well. have made notes about the additional resources i plan to look into hopefully in the near future.

really helpful and enjoyable. i look forward to the sessions and pre learning to do. going to print some out and share with my team.
