A really valuable session that has given me food for thought around allowing others to be decision makers and knowing that I can't solve everything myself and allowing others to think for themselves via my actions. A very informative interesting and well structured session again. I always come out of this feeling really enthused and positive. Very well delivered by Paul

I am very much appreciating the pace of this course. In a very busy, high demand role, this is so helpful in having time to think and reflect and hear from others. The very practical tools too are useful to have as options for the various different meetings/spaces that I am part of. Paul is great and his calmness and knowledge is very helpful.
