Today felt much more relevant to my practice with practiced examples. The attendees were involved and engaged. The pre work felt more relevant and useful than week one.
So many practical resources and tools have been highlighted so it's important to maximise these
Experimenting with new ways of supervision will be useful, as it's draining having to come up with an answer each time - asking the coachee to reflect and problem solve more will be useful and promote development
Enjoyed todays session, very engaging. Will need to work on my coaching skills
Well presented. Opportunity to explore own behaviour and time to reflect
