The course was very well done. Ben knows his stuff and was very easy to get on with. The course it self had everything I needed for a refresher. Listened to my ideas and was able to gain more understanding and ideas to pass back to my team so that they can learn some more and gain more confidence.

Really detailed course, which looks at supporting the young people in our care . Kirsty has spent time explaining Is really open to questions and makes you feeled valued .
