Thank you, I had done this training before but attended the full day as there was no space on the refresher, I'm glad I did that as there were new perspectives.

The room was very cold

Room was freezing. On very top floor and toilet was in basement. Only one hot drink provided.

Gil was a very good trainer. Really enthusiastic and knowledgable. The room was cold, really poor refreshments.
