The Trainer explained very well consistently checking with students if they were following up.

The training has increased my confidence in managing challenging behaviour and in protecting both myself and the individuals I support while on duty. I really enjoyed the training, and the trainer was very good.

It was definitely a wonderful experience. I did the training for the second time and it really helped me to deepen my understanding and being more aware towards my daily tasks.
