Fantastic training session. I was very lucky to end up having a one on one training session (by chance) and Laura was so accommodating, tailoring the training to my specific needs/requirements throughout. Laura took the time to understand my company and the dynamics, to ensure the content covered was relevant to me personally. I came into the course feeling rather unconfident, but am leaving the day equipped with key skills to implement in my daily practice with my team that I know for certain will improve my management, improvement/training and level of trust between me and my team.
Very positive day. Left feeling much more reassured about my new role. Lots of helpful tips. And especially like the THINK process. Thank you very much.
I found this course very interesting and really would like to get more deep knowledge for topics covered, as I found the course too short, 2 days is not enough.

Content and theory behind the course provided a number of really useful tools that can be put into practice. Trainer (Dan) was really good at helping with specific examples or issues that we found within the day to day and how to best approach these examples.
The course was great! There was a good combination of anecdotes, theory and self-reflection which really helped me consolidate my understanding of each concept. I’ve come away feeling confident and excited to try out new management and leadership techniques.
I really enjoyed our course and Laura’s approach to us. Was very about communication between us rather than her just talking which I find very effective.
