Fantastic. The training was a great opportunity to have space to discuss the theories and to relate to our team the our business. Darren managed to keep us engaged for the entire session.

Really good content and delivery

I really enjoyed the course, and it wasn't what I was expecting but I think I have come away with a better understanding of myself and different methods and techniques to be a better manager and how to help my team develop and grow. Darren was very knowledgeable and communicated well, and even adapted some slides in the moment and answered questions more tailored to our own challenges, which was really appreciated. I would highly recommend this course and thought it was of great value.

Trainer was very engaged and gave good examples. Lots of advice to listen to and different ways to deal with different scenarios. Course content is very informative and presented very well.
