The course was delivered well and clearly, Darren explained all of the learning points in a relatable way that I could understand using my experiences. Darren integrated well with the group allow all participants to share their views and thoughts when required. Overall a great training session. Thanks

Found the course very helpful and really enjoyed how it was a very small group so we enjoyed more one to one learning and got more from the course. Laura was great and very knowledgeable
Laura was absolutely lovely, she explained everything perfectly and was very detailed in her way of teaching/training. All the slides worked well and were very informative and useful. The building was spotless, good lunch and nice beverages.

Laura was super friendly and honestly the perfect role model for a trainer on the train the trainer course! I lacked confidence in my training due to coming in contact with different learning types than I was used too but this course has provided me with all the skills and knowledge to help!
