I cannot thank Leanne enough for what she has done not just for me but for all of us. She is soo supportive and has all the time for each and everyone. I think if there was protector and white boards available it would give more interaction in the sessions and help certain individuals with spelling etc. but overall I would recommend many more people to attend this course. Hoping there is plenty of more options for different courses to support me with my job opportunities. I would hope to be apart of your team on day! Thank you

I'm really happy with how the whole of the course was lead couldn't of been more happy with Jo she's be fab throughout & so helpful

Jo is always well prepared for the lessons with hand outs and slides to equipment if we needed anything, the way it’s delivered is easy to follow and Jo will always help in every way if we are unsure on anything

Very happy with the course and very happy with the trainer, absolutely amazing and everyone in our group have been amazing

Would have loved more information on possible situations, how to de-escalate someone in crisis mode, technics on helping individuals with SEND. The course was quite repetitive but overall very much enjoyed it and it's wasn't complicated to complete. You do gain lots of knowledge that will be useful for the future

Really enjoyed todays lesson it followed Nicley and the information was easy to understand
