The course was quite insightful

Been a pleasure throughout the course I've refreshed up on different takes of communication and difficult situations enjoyed the group participants.

Andrea was good, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't feel I was given as many tools as I would've liked. Maybe some group scenarios to go through in the correct and incorrect way of dealing with them.

I thought the 2nd half of the training should be more aimed at management level

Andrea was a good trainer. Location too far as I live in Grimsby, wouldn’t attend another course in Grantham
