It was a very interesting course, and well delivered. Stefan was very articulate in H&S!

Course really good to understand theory. Opportunity to maybe brief the instructor about our company and its structure. Eg not focusing on small business structure and tailoring it to Heathrow’s setup

For a health and safety course it was pretty good and very well presented by Stefan, he made it interesting and engaging

Could be better if number of days for training is increased to at least 4

For me is in English sometimes difficult (mainly when it is via teams), I translate a lot in my head.

Although there was a lot to learn within the course, the tutor made sure everything was understood down to the littlest detail making it a lot easier when it came to the assessment.
