Good course, it was well run and I don’t have a negative comments. Exam sizing of characters could have been bigger.

I’ve completed the course before, doing this since my last one expired. Still very informative but feel like it’s preparing you for the end exam, maybe not as much preparing you for the real world

Too much info to quickly personally

Course really good to understand theory. Opportunity to maybe brief the instructor about our company and its structure. Eg not focusing on small business structure and tailoring it to Heathrow’s setup

For a health and safety course it was pretty good and very well presented by Stefan, he made it interesting and engaging

It was a very interesting course, and well delivered. Stefan was very articulate in H&S!

Could be better if number of days for training is increased to at least 4

Adequate teaching very knowledgeable teacher, the three days have been enjoyable would recommend

Excellent tutor👍, trading was very helpful regarding the job I do

For me is in English sometimes difficult (mainly when it is via teams), I translate a lot in my head.
