the course was understandable. well organized i have learn a lot of new things

I can say mister Stacey Collins has teached and guide us well, most of all he has alot of knowledge besides safety wich made us understand things better.

I realy liked that our tutor was very understanding. We had problems with our internet connections. He also tried to explain the subjects using examples, so we can understand the subjects better. I realy liked that. He was open to answer questions.

Thanks Tim your enthusiasm and knowledge kept us all going over the three days.

A good course, but an awful lot to take in and remember in just 3 days.

The tutor was excellent – very clear and engaging. Occasionally repeated some points and went a bit broad, but overall it was a great and very helpful session.

Very good training and trainer. However, for non native English speakers like me, sometimes the wording is quite difficult. However, Gary gave us some more time during the training to read the training material which helped. I know the training is tailored for the UK where I do not live, so therefore somethings like the courts, specific legal situations are different. But in general I gained a lot of information which will help in my daily job.
