Lot of information to take in and reflect on. The quiz throughout helps a lot and focus on key areas need for end test.
An interesting course which will be useful in my job role. Some topics were heavier than others and harder to follow but Andy kept to a good pace and allowed plenty of breaks.

It was an intense but very interesting and useful training. Thanks to all including the tutor, Mr. Paul. He was great and his sense of humor was contagious. Made it so lively and engaging. The time was well managed.
While the references to legal texts and policies were certainly helpful, there may have been some slight discrepancies in alignment with the UNHCR context. While this did not hinder our learning, it might have been beneficial to adapt some of them to the UNHCR context for a 3-day course. Paul is undoubtedly an expert in this fascinating topic, and above all, he has a remarkable ability to make distance learning engaging and interactive, which is no easy feat. This course has provided me with invaluable insights and tools that will enhanced my ability to contribute in ways that go beyond the known traditional UNHCR administrative support. I would gently suggest that others in similar supportive roles do not hesitate to take this opportunity.
