Andy delivered the course excellently and made it enjoyable and interesting.
Andy was very nice and patient and explained things well. Never made us feel stupid for asking stupid questions

Tutor was very knowledgeable, and kept everyone engaged, told us when to make notes , and gave us ample time to absorb information provided. Overall I feel like I can come away from the course much more knowledgeable than I went in, I would recommend this course to any new managers or anyone wanting a little more knowledge on health and safety.
Great course, well delivered. I did not however receive the coarse book in time for the course.
