enjoyed the course but i struggled sometimes knowing what was being seen on the screen as the power point screen was not moving and i had to move the page along myself trying to see what was being shown. This was probably down to my works PC and shouldnt reflect on Ravi's training us.

everything is/was great and made it easier to understand due to our tutor knowledge and capabilities to explain and teaching methods.

Brian was very knowledgeable, he did explain things in a way easy to understand. What I really liked is the fact Brian kept mixing groups up for group exercises making our work/training/cooperation more effective
