Course really good to understand theory. Opportunity to maybe brief the instructor about our company and its structure. Eg not focusing on small business structure and tailoring it to Heathrow’s setup

For a health and safety course it was pretty good and very well presented by Stefan, he made it interesting and engaging

The main comment is on Gary and how he delivered the content. H&S is commonly known as not being the prettiest of subjects but the way Gary delivered it was great. He kept me engaged where I may have drifted off slightly and this helped massively when it came to learning the subject and the exam. He picked on people to answer questions which again helped me to stay engaged with the content and I learnt more this way. Him speaking of his own experiences made it engaging too. Nothing negative to say about the course other than some additional micro breaks of 5 mins just to break up the content perhaps and grab some water.
