Our tutor, Tim R did a great job in the interactive style, a well flowing pace and format in giving all course members the chance to fully contribute) during the 3-day training course. His knowledge in the subject matter was trully inspiring! His patience, expertise and fair approach is what made this course most enjoyable for me.
