Food was quick, well presented and good to eat. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was quiet.
I booked my hotel where I was lead to believe the course was being held as all previous communications had mentioned the Holiday Inn at Waterloo Square but when the confirmation came through it strayed that the course was being held elsewhere. I was a little frustrated this change hadn't been communicated.
Response: Sorry for the confusion, David. We regularly use the same venues throughout the country and always aim for them to be City Centre, however we cannot always be assured the venue will have a meeting room when we need it. I am sorry for your inconvenience, you have raised a very good point and we will make sure we advise people in the booking confirmation that the venue advertised may change subject to availability
