Absolutely brilliant

Our tutor Joy was lovely. Even when I felt I’ve said something wrong she was so reassuring helping me to see that there’s no such thing as wrong because I’m there to help. The content was really simple, easy to follow. I found this useful because I’ve felt it was easier to pay attention.

Great course work booklets and questions to consider. Great to take workbook home and look at it later to recap. Great pace and could follow everything that was being said. Loved the role plays and time to do group work. Why is the book printed in blue and white? Could you print the work booklets with dyslexia font? Great to course for someone who is dyslexia and possibly has ADHD/Autism

Really so good - one of the best and most useful training sessions I’ve attended in a long time. I will be going on to do the accreditation.

It was facilitated with warmth, clarity and professionalism. It felt a very safe space. I enjoyed the content, especially workshopping the conversations - and looking at ways to facilitate a conversation felt very valuable. I feel more equipped now to have a conversation, and to focus on active listening.

It would be helpful to get slides of some of the things and techniques discussed. However, I have yet to review the workbook to see if there is more information of that content in it.
