Picked up some useful tips for coaching in the near future! The tutor was very good and made the course more enjoyable.
Trainer was excellent and although some of the content was information I was aware of, lots of it was new and were new ideas and processes I can put into practice when mentoring.
Overall a very good and insightful session - interactive and left with some tangible takeaways to implement.
Could have been more geared towards what we actually do rather than something generic.
Enjoyed the course and learned good frameworks which I had the opportunity to practice. There was a video on day 1 i think we didn't watch due to technical difficulties.
Good mix of theory and application of practical knowledge. There was a healthy mix of debate by the group which was expertly facilitated by Nick.
