Very interesting course and loved that it wasn’t death by PowerPoint. Very interactive with YouTube clips, fun little games and relevant role playing.

Trainer was excellent and although some of the content was information I was aware of, lots of it was new and were new ideas and processes I can put into practice when mentoring.

Could have been more geared towards what we actually do rather than something generic.
