John and his colleague are excellent trainers.

Everything was very useful and explained step by step. If I was unsure on anything they would explain to me again. I would highly recommend the course, it was so knowledgeable and helpful with the job I do.

You should make lunch available, all we got was coffee, no refreshme ts no snack, i was charged 350 pounds and no refreshments even though i asked for some refreshment, i feel very bad about it
