I learnt a lot of valuable skills to enable me to de-escalate challenging patient behavior safely without risk too patient or other members of staff.

John and Paul explained every detail of every procedure relating every exercise to real life situations that may occur. Both very knowledgeable and patient with everyone. Thank you very much for the experience and the knowledge shared!

I really enjoyed the PMVA training delivered by Paul and John. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and created a relaxed learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and getting involved. The sessions were clear, well paced, and practical, with useful real-life examples that made the content easy to understand and relevant to everyday work. Both tutors were supportive and patient during the practical exercises, offering helpful guidance and feedback throughout. Overall, it was a very positive and worthwhile training experience, and I feel more confident in recognising and safely managing challenging situations as a result.
