Well explained more practices to assimilate

The training was excellent and perfect

Venue, was not in an ideal location and the facilities are lacking no where to warm food. The discussions were interactive and interesting and a great space to share experiences.

Birmingham city centre not a good choice for a venue. Clean air charges apply. Parking is a nightmare, the hall is old, delapidated and unuser friendly. First day we were given dirty drinking water. Tea and coffee was luke warm. Trainers were excellent

Dan and Stuart were very knowledgeable and helped me learn new techniques as I have been doing restraint slightly different for years. The only negative was no lunch options.
