Attendees particularly value trainers’ knowledgeable, compassionate delivery, which makes difficult mental-health topics approachable through real-life examples, personal experience and open, respectful discussion. They say sessions are clear, lively and engaging, with varied activities, practical guidance on recognising signs, supporting people in crisis and signposting services, and useful learning for work and daily life. Although some find the content intense and would welcome more time, the course builds confidence and understanding.

The trainer made me feel discriminated.. She is more concerned in helping others with their work than helping me. Infact mine is always last choice.. Maybe because i am a m8grant. She literally helped one of the British lady typed/answer almost all her work. The point is, if I was the one, she will simply write me off that I am not qualified. When I complained she doesn't help me, she got angry. Also, she always rushing to finish early each day before time.. The course time each day says 9am to 5am, but she always says she we must leave by 1pm or 2pm even if I haven't finished my work. Honestly, he made me to start thinking that, going forward, the course should only be for British people and not for Africans. Furthermore, I noticed my level 1 certificate hasn't been sent to me yet my only course mate in level has received his certificate last week 17th April even though we both did very well and almost wrote thesame answers. I don't know why and will not be surprised if i don'treceive the level 2 certificateeither. I am moving on. Looking onto better places and opportunities. Thanks for the moment. Regards
