AI summary of reviews

Attendees particularly value trainers’ knowledgeable, compassionate delivery, which makes difficult mental-health topics approachable through real-life examples, personal experience and open, respectful discussion. They say sessions are clear, lively and engaging, with varied activities, practical guidance on recognising signs, supporting people in crisis and signposting services, and useful learning for work and daily life. Although some find the content intense and would welcome more time, the course builds confidence and understanding.
