Level 2 Award Emergency First Aid for Mental Health Reviews

This was one of my favourite courses, emotional and gave a great insight and it was taught really well. Alot of what I didn't understand I do now, lindseys a fantastic teacher.

This was my first course in around 30 years. Lindsey was amazing we did lots of group activities which made it fun and enjoyable. I have signed up for another course as I got so much from this one it was excellent.

Great course, short but very informative. I look forward to applying this knowledge and skills in my future endeavours

I have really enjoyed learning about all the aspects of mental health.

Really enjoyed the course. We all felt heard, listened to and valued for our contributions.

Only comment I would say about the venue is that it was really cold in the room but nothing on the reflection of the course itself.

I am so happy about the knowledge I have achieved to tackle mental health challenges.

I thoroughly enjoyed the two sessions with Louise. I found the sessions engaging and welcoming and they provided a great space to discuss what it means to be a Mental Health First Aider and how to carry out the role effectively.
