Enjoyable course but would just have preferred more practical activity as opposed to theory.Response : Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback, Lynsey. There is always a balancing act around theory vs role play and the latter is not always a popular option, however, we will pick this up with Simon and come back to you with suggestions about how you might practice this back in the workplace

Priorr to the course i was advisedby Cosensa that i could park in the Stirling Business car park and if full there was parking available in the Wellgreen car park across the road. I was told by reception that i could not park in the car park and had to pay for parking at the Wellgreen car park. My trainer advised that i should have been allowed entry so Id rather feedback my experience for clarification with the Business centre for future courses.

The course overall was excellent and the trainer was very engaging. It was very interesting to be able to assess yourself and stand back and assess a situation. I feel I have been better equipped to handle difficult situations where I need to say no and be firm.Response : Thanks for such a positive evaluation, Lizz. great delivery maintaining interest across the day one suggestion for improvement - when reviewing the 4 communication styles aggressive, submissive, P/A, assertive - there was a very detailed slide which was very useful but we just talked through the content - demonstrations could be more engaging.Response : Thank you for the feedback, Gareth, and I will make sure Vidette is made aware of your comments on that particular element.

The content was very good, but as mentioned eralier the exercises neeeded more role play to drive home the key message of the course.

There was some pre-reading for the course but I never received it. It would have been interesting to go through this. There were extra documents at the end that you could take away for further reading but there was not enough for everyone.Response : Thanks for the feedback Kate. The course organiser should have the pre-reading and it was our understanding this was to be issued before the event. Apologies if you didn't receive it. And yes, I believe we were one or two copies short on the handouts. If you need a copy, please just get in touch laura@cosensa.co.uk and I will email them through to you.
