The course’s trainers bring challenging topics to life through knowledgeable, approachable delivery, real-world examples and clear explanations. Attendees value the balance of theory, reflection and practical activities, especially breakout discussions that share perspectives from different organisations. They find the sessions engaging, well structured and generally easy to follow, with useful models and ideas to apply at work and in assignments. Some say the amount of content or breakout activity can feel heavy, suggesting a more streamlined pace.

A great day and the lack of ice breaker was VERY welcomed!! There didn’t seem to be much discussion as a group outside of the breakouts.
Like the content and the trainer, but the course is still missing the AI perspective, we rarely talk about it and when we do is more about the general than about how to use it or deeper conversations about it.
The trainer was very professional and engaging and this was the most enjoyable workshop so far.
