Very enthusaisic and approachable trainer. Interestiing and insightful. Good refresher on some and great new theories
It made a lot of previous interactions with staff and previous manager and their styles make sense and provided a lot of insight in to how I can learn from that. Gained confidence in that this isn't as daunting as I thought.
Long day, lots of information to take in. Not sure doing this in the office at work it the best space.
