Really interesting

It was a very informative day and now feel ready to access all the support and information available.

Really useful to go into all of the various areas and familiarise myself with each one. Really nice as well to meet everyone else on the course.

Enjoyable. Excited about getting started but nervous balancing with work loads.

The trainers knowledge and interesting analogies along with actual real life examples really made the theories easy to understand and made the workshop interesting and engaging. For example I particularly loved the saying the trainer included: “music is the silence in between words” - Debussy. It was very insightful and really enlightened me.
