Overall very good, enjoyable and useful course

This was a refresher for me but definitely needed and it helped me explore things that I hadn’t previously the ability to understand.

really good to get a recap and refresh on my skills again. Great presenter and liked the fact could do it on zoom.

Great course, I felt went into a bit too much detail about depression, anxiety, bi polar, a lot of repetition. Perhaps trigger warnings before playing some of the videos would have been beneficial
