Lisa was fantastic

The course was excellent, great content will be recommending to Terex for our upcoming roll out. Only improvement is more regular breaks even 3 minutes to get up every hour and get off the seat.

Lisa was fantastic in taking the course. A great mixture of some light heartedness, along with a side of seriousness and professionalism. Would absolutely recommend anyone to take the course, really opens your eyes to the difference between mental health, and mental ill health which are often used in the same way.

Excellent trainer and content

Really well structured course with comprehensive training notes. Very knowledgeable trainer who put all trainees at ease and was encouraging and did this with humour and very was engaging

Very engaging course that touched on some very "heavy" subject matter with professionalism. This is my first exposure to MHFA and i feel more prepared to implement the tools in my work place. My hope is to be able to make a least some difference. Thanks again

The training by far exceeded my expectations, I was fairly anxious coming in to it but settled fairly quickly this was mostly down to Lisa and how she delivered the course
