Mark and his course he had taught over 2 days was a blast, he was informative and talkative about a wide arrange of areas and topics and would go into more detail and take questions also in regard to the topics at hand or even first hand experiences from ourselves as individuals. Advice for the future and clarity also Would be a pleasure taking the course again with him or another one! Many thanks again

Enjoyed more inparticular the group engagement activities, getting opinions etc. Maybe in terms of more expeirience, would a role play situation to a conversation maybe give me a bit of first hand help to prepare for these sorts of chats
