The training by far exceeded my expectations, I was fairly anxious coming in to it but settled fairly quickly this was mostly down to Lisa and how she delivered the course

I liked that the trainer talked openly about her own experiences. The open discussions was much better than just following PowerPoint slides.

Lisa was a fabulous trainer. She made the course really relatable, enjoyable (considering the topic) and built confidence throughout the two days amongst the group. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and have taken lots of practical learning from it.
