Very informative course with good mix of learning and discussion. Trainer had a an excellent way of sharing information with an open demeanour for encouraging group involvement.

Great course, I felt went into a bit too much detail about depression, anxiety, bi polar, a lot of repetition. Perhaps trigger warnings before playing some of the videos would have been beneficial
