A very interesting and definitely work related course that had content that I can use for my own self improvement both personally and professionally.

Enjoyed the session, took lots of valuable info and tools away of how to manage conflict, and how to elicit enhanced communication from patients

The course was very helpful and also enjoyable. I hope to be able to put into my practice when I return to work.

The session was really interactive.Enjoyed to the bits and did have a very beautiful study day.Steph did take time to hear out everyone and had time for all of us.

It was a good insight into personalities and being aware of patients personalities when communicating with them. TRainer was very engaging and kept the session moving.

there was lots of group discussion which was lovely, possible a bit too much time was spent on the morning sessions, but I realise we had a lot of group discussion which led to time being taken in the morning. The trainer felt we did not need to focus too much on denial, collusion, as we were most likely to have dealt with this in our work, this is true, however we were varied levels of experience in the group and it would have been benefitable to have had time to explore this, and have time for reflection on this topic. I felt the course was not so much about the clinical/nursing aspect in managing advanced communication, but a more generic communication and tools required.
