Overall I’m very satisfied with the pace and content of the course

Brilliant course well delivered easy to understand. Leeanne is a great help always there to help and has information if you need.

Our tutor was very knowledgeable and helpful. The information given was clear and explained well.

Its important that tech issues and class room problems are dealt with as we as a class have lost at least 7 hours trying to resolve them. Not enough equipment, equipment provided not working, WiFi problems. No WiFi. Server issues with EBook. I used my own laptop from day 1 and have still experienced lots of problems.

I have a better understanding of my role within a school and what to expect.

Jo was so helpful and really knowledgeable about the whole course and made learning about the course so much easier. Some of the tasks are unclear as to what is needed for the question and need further information

Overall I think the course was great, I learnt a lot and my understanding has improved massively. I think some of the questions could have been worded more clearly but apart from that it was great

Venue poor, facilities not great

Generally the course was very good, the information was detailed, the tutor was fair and helpful to us all and I would like to do further training. The only thing lacking id say would be the tools the tutor could do with.
